When I launch Flash, I try to connect or to erase all command,but program says "Could't connect to target", when I Use JLink commander, I write "connect", then select chip type, then speed and after program says "Can't read hardware type".Somethink like this. I can't send to you image, because I found ONE EXTRA PROBLEM))) Someone, who was soldering my SUPERBOARD) made mistake with positioning 32 MHz chrystal, the pad with GND was soldering to OUT/IN....So I think these problems are independent, but today I gave them this board to solve mistakes.....

Have you checked all your connections ?

Is the MCU taking any power ?

Thank you) BUT))) Jflash, nrfproj and nRF go recover with errors) Nrfproj log error shows that can't read hardware status... Maybe it is a brick?)

you can also try the recover feature. nrfjprog -f nrf52 --recover

nrfjprog.exe --family NRF52 --chiperase

Sounds like you locked the chip.

The same thing happens with JFlash if you fill the entire chip with zero's, as it overwrites the memory mapped hardware registers with 0x00 which locks the chip.

If you are using JLink, you could try using JFlash to do a Erase Chip, as I know on the nRF51 that clears the whole chip and removes the lock. But I have not tested the same procedure on the nRF52.
