I solved it. Problem wasn't enought space, but no scan response in advertising mode.

Great! Then I would appreciate if you would accept my answer by clicking the grey circle next to it. I guess you try to put more data than it is space for into the advertising packet. You probably get an error returned somewhere. Read this for more information. I also recommend doing this tutorial, and read this blog, if you want to learn more about advertising.

OK.I found too that advertising is non connectable in this default application. So I switched to undirect connectable and change advdata.name_type to BLE_ADVDATA_FULL_NAME and It stoped work. Why ? Can You help me ?

Sounds like expected behavior, the beacon will do non-connectable advertising if it isn't in config mode.
