So you get this error because you are trying to flash an area where the SoftDevice occupies.</p> <p>If you want to use the TWI peripheral together with the SoftDevice I recommend starting with one of the SoftDevice examples, and add the TWI code to it.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
