I&amp;#39;m using PCA10028, SDK12.2.0, S130 as central. 
 As I know &amp;quot;sd_ble_gap_tx_power_set&amp;quot; function let me set Advertising Tx power. 
 How can I set Tx power if i want to use it Central?
Is it same as periphral?
