You can extend the <a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.sdk5.v12.2.0/ble_sdk_app_hrs.html?cp=4_0_1_4_2_2_8">HRS</a>, <a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.sdk5.v12.2.0/ble_sdk_app_bps.html?cp=4_0_1_4_2_2_3">PBS</a> and <a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.sdk5.v12.2.0/ble_sdk_app_hts.html?cp=4_0_1_4_2_2_7">HTS</a> peripheral examples to scan for advertising packets, for each of your sensor nodes.</p> <p>For the collector node, I recommend that you take a look at the <a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.sdk5.v12.2.0/ble_sdk_app_multilink.html?cp=4_0_1_4_2_0_1">BLE multi-link central exmple</a>. This example can connect to up to 8 peripherals.
