&lt;p&gt;&amp;quot;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Monitor Mode debugging will only work on nRF52 series devices because it requires the Debug Monitor exception that is available on Cortex-M4 CPUs&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
