I have enabled five channels which I run blocking nrf_drv_saadc_sample_convert conversions on periodically, currently once a second.

&lt;p&gt;Sorry, after re-reading my initial post I realized I missed the word five channels.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyway I have been able to reproduce the problem on a PCA10040 DK.  Interestingly the problem doesn&amp;#39;t occur when I convert the channel assigned to convert VDD or AIN1 but it happens when I select AN2.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On the DK I have tied P0.03 to VDD and P0.04 to GND via jumpers.  I will attach the main.c above.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Did you initialize more than one channel?  I have have setup and I am not un-initing them between conversions.  Let me know if you still have the issue and I will put something together using a DK.&lt;/p&gt;
