Your fix seems to be solving the issue. I have included it in the internal report. I will report back when I get a solution/confirmation from the developers.

Can you comment on my proposed fix? Also should this be added to the known SDK issues?

Jorgen,

Sorry, after re-reading my initial post I realized I missed the word five channels.

Anyway I have been able to reproduce the problem on a PCA10040 DK. Interestingly the problem doesn't occur when I convert the channel assigned to convert VDD or AIN1 but it happens when I select AN2.

On the DK I have tied P0.03 to VDD and P0.04 to GND via jumpers. I will attach the main.c above.

I did not initialize more than one channel, as I could not read this out from your initial problem description. I tested with two channels now, and still not seeing this issue. Would be great if you could upload an example illustrating the issue.

Did you initialize more than one channel? I have have setup and I am not un-initing them between conversions. Let me know if you still have the issue and I will put something together using a DK.
