thank you for all your replays . my problems are almost solved. now i would like to know that can a store a struct instead of an array in flash..............? or can i store a two dimensional array in flash.......?

I'm not sure I understand the problem here. Maybe you can try to explain a bit more? You only need to give one handle to pstorage_register().

my understanding is that if we want to store 4 data in flash we need 4 handlers and all handlers should be defined while calling pstorage_register(). please correct me if i am wrong.

I don't think that should be a problem, but you have to define the maximum number of blocks/block size when you call pstorage_register()

actually i want to store some number of data in flash. but the number of data can't be pre-determine . it wil be generated depends on program execution. i understand from above comments that i have to pre define each handler for each data, since the number of data is not constant can i generate a handler when there is a new data to store in flash....?

Did you try what I suggested? Just get the block identifier/handle of the block you want to write to, if you want to write to third block do something like:

pstorage_handle_t base_handle;
pstorage_handle_t block_handle2;
static uint8_t source_data[4] __attribute__((aligned(4)));
uint32_t err_code;

err_code = pstorage_block_identifier_get(&base_handle, 2, &block_handle2);
APP_ERROR_CHECK(err_code);

err_code = pstorage_store(&block_handle2, source_data, 0, 4);
APP_ERROR_CHECK(err_code);

actually i need to store mac address of all devices connecting to my nrf51822. but i dont know how store data one by one in flash memmory. i am able to store one address in flash using the above example...
