Given Nordic's normal release cycle, that's an eternity!
Will there be another release or is it dead now?
Has your IPV6 focus shifted to other solutions (e.g. Zephyr)

Unfortunately, I cannot give you any date for the release.

RE: Does the IoT SDK have a future?

hi Bjørn, any news and updates on the software?
I am afraid that we cannot comment on details on the future development or the release schedule for the IoT SDK. However, what I can say is that the IoT SDK is not dead and there will be a production release in the future.

The reason for the long release cycle is due to the fact that the IoT SDK depends on L2CAP Connection Oriented Channels, which is not supported by any of our production-ready SoftDevices yet (currently it is only the S1xx Prototype Device that supports Connection Oriented Channels). This feature will be added in future releases of our current SoftDevices.

Best regards
