The issues comes from the example 
 saadc_blocking_simple
 
 the ADC always give me the same range values 
 23,24,25,24,24,25,23,24,24 ....

&lt;p&gt;The A0-&amp;gt;A5 and D0-&amp;gt;D13 pins on the DK refers to the Arduino shield standard, and &lt;strong&gt;not&lt;/strong&gt; the analog pins(e.g. AIN1). See figure 2 &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.nrf52/dita/nrf52/development/dev_kit_v1.1.0/hw_conn_interf.html?cp=2_2_2_3_1_3"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt; (Arduino signals routing on the nRF52 Development Kit board).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I solved it as Sigurd said. But I think it is weird to the DK module says the P0.03 as A0. instead of P0.02&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m not sure why the nRF52 DK calls pin P0.03 A0 since its actually connected to AIN1 on the chip.  That may be the issue you are having.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Can you attach your main.c file and I will take a look?&lt;/p&gt;
