I&amp;#39;m on Linux. 
 Under &amp;quot;Running&amp;quot;, when I press Ctrl + F5 , I get the error s130_nrf51_2.0.1_softdevice.hex does not exist. .

I would think the issue you had only occurs when you use the &amp;quot;&lt;code&gt;flash_s130_nrf51_2.0.0_softdevice&lt;/code&gt;&amp;quot; configuration.
