&lt;p&gt;Requesting a timeslot as earliest possible with the connection parameters you described should be possible if you are not in one of the states with higher priority than 4 as described &lt;a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.s130.sds/dita/softdevices/s130/multilink_scheduling/priorities_and_events_intro.html#priorities_and_events__table_qgg_zc2_cs"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
