I ran out of idea on what could be wrong, you would need to capture a sniffer trace and we can check what happened. From the log you post at the beginning, seems like nRFToolbox couldn't find DFU version on the nRF51.

Could you please update the screenshot on the phone:

What you see when using nRFConnect to connect and discovery service.

thank you,i erase all,and download softdevice and bootlader with no application(as you say, no application),and use ios toolbox to DFU , it's ok And then i try to DFU again,the APP show "Enabling DFUBootloader..." again

Please try to test with just a fresh bootloader (no application ) You should download the SDK .zip and use the bootloader from the .zip, not the one from pack. I saw that you have something with ancs, how did you flash the ANCS example ?

in both application and in the bootloader.this is define ,and android toolbox is ok,i try many times,it's ok.but the ios toolbox is not ok

@Yangying: It could be that iOS cached the attribute, you can try to turn off and on bluetooth. Make sure you set IS_SRVC_CHANGED_CHARACT_PRESENT= 1 in both application and in the bootloader.
