Hello All,

I cannot exit from nrf52 DK bootloader mode. It is not going to normal mode.

How i can solve this problem?

It is working fine previously but now if i plug in / out usb the main LED is not blinking.

If i pressed reset button several time then in between it is going into bootloader mode by generating new drive as "Bootloader"

And it is not showing J-link connection also as well as board is not resetting.

Please help me out if so

Provide your input on this issue.

Did you try the suggested solution? Try downloading the j-link file and putting it in the drive.

Hi Biketap, I am facing the similar issue ,My development board is not detected as j-link , But when i enter in bootloader mode the LED 5 Blinks, I checked in the Bootloader drive there is only one file bootload. how can i solve this?

I don't know what may have caused this. We have seen some similar reports and we are trying to figure it out.

I am using the board for debugging my custom board. I flashed my board and afterwards this happened. I noticed also that the softdevice hex file was deleted from the components directory.

Hi, that is not supposed to happen randomly.

Were you doing anything unusual at the time?
Could it be that you drag-and-dropped a .hex file onto the kit while it was in bootloader mode?
Do you have a lot of jumper wires floating around or other metal parts that might have shorted some of the circuits on the kit?

I found the problem. The J - Link file was deleted. When i started the board in bootloader mode and coppied the J-Link OB file everything was fine. What could cause this behavior?

No. LED 5 does not blink/glow and I cannot find the J-Link device in the device manager.

Does the LED5 glow/blink now? Can you find the the J-link device in the windows device manager?
