I am curious how I should use header P5 with the shield detect pin. Should my shield pull this pin low?

&lt;p&gt;If your shield requires GPIO P0.13 -&amp;gt; P0.20 (The GPIOs used by the buttons and LEDs), the I/O expander can release these for general use by connecting &lt;code&gt;SHIELD DETECT&lt;/code&gt; to ground.
