&lt;p&gt;I assume you want to ask about when in SystemON mode. On the current engineering samples A, when in SystemON IDLE mode (none peripheral running) it&amp;#39;s limited by PAN 140 &lt;a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/pdf/nRF52840_Engineering_A_Errata_v1.0.pdf"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;. So, max 1mA.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When in SystemON RUN mode, it&amp;#39;s confined by the capacity of REG0 for total current of internal and external current. And it&amp;#39;s about 50mA the max capacity. Depends on your application the max current for external circuit may vary. You may need to check what is the worst case of the internal current for your calculation.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
