WFE loop problem

I have solved it. The problem is in nRFGo Studio. When I flashed softdevice from Keil, everything works correctly. When I flash same softdevice by nRFGo Studio, it doesn't work. Problem is not in start address.

Application is stuck in loop on instruction WFE. I don't know why you are confused.

i am confused by the link you gave to devzone post and your title and description. What has WFE have to do with this?

It is ble_peripheral_template example for PCA10028 and I use SDK11 and softdevice S130 s130_nrf51_2.0.0_softdevice.hex from directory components\softdevice\s130 My IROM is: start = 0x1B000, size = 0x25000 My IRAM: start = 0x20002080,size = 0x5F80

You should match your application start address and sizes for ROM and RAM with correct softdevice version. Which example exactly are you trying and which SDK and softdevice version are you tryig this with? Is it Custom board or nordic nRF52DK?
