&lt;p&gt;If you mean by &amp;quot;upstream the data&amp;quot; uploading them over BLE link to the device which performs OTA firmware upgrade then answer is &amp;quot;yes&amp;quot;. Just write your custom bootloader/FW which is able to do it with your custom application on the other side of the link.&lt;/p&gt;
