Could you try erasing your device using nrfjprog? You can use the command nrfjprog -f nrf52 -e.

Yes, it does. For now, I changed the JLINK to v9 version and nRF Connect can open the serial port finally. However, more problems are coming.When I click the port in the list, it says"could not open the port. Please power cycle the device and try again." Do you know how to fix this?Thank you for your time!

Does your nRF51822 board have a J-Link debugger on it?

I have met this problem,see this It's seems relating to Jlink debuger. I have two jlinks one can use "select serial port",the other can not. It must be recognize as a"JLINK CDC UART Port".hope it usefull.
