However, when I open the nRF Connect, I can&amp;#39;t select serial port and can&amp;#39;t find the CDC UART PORT in computer.

&lt;p&gt;When you try to use a terminal to connect to that port: COM15, error shows.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When this happens, you have to reboot to get it work.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyone else has the same problem or is it just lucky me?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I do believe that this is a problem. If you leave the port open for over night. The port will be locked up somehow and becomes unavailable. You may have to reboot the PC to make it work again...and this is pain.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Do you have any idea who is causing that? Is it Segger Embedded Studio?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Do you have any workaround that will keep the port open as needed?&lt;/p&gt;

No, it isn&amp;#39;t recognized. For now, I changed the JLINK to v9 version and nRF Connect can open the serial port finally. However, more problems are coming.When I click the port in the list, it says&amp;quot;could not open the port. Please power cycle the device and try again.&amp;quot;
