I will take all the advise I can get Nguyen - although Lightblue was still showing the NORDIC_HRM, I went into the advertisement data section and to my surprise found the Nordic_Prox !! Much appreciated, thank you !

I'm indeed checking with a phone, with LightBlue explorer and nRF Connect, never heard about caching but tried anyway by killing the apps, disable Bluetooth and back on again, restarted app - same Nordic_HRM. As the nrf52DK board flashes at the HRM demo rate, I'm quite convinced it's still running that same code for some reason.

Turn off then on the Bluetooth setting on your phone. You will see the new advertisement. The problem is the cache in the phone that keep the old data. Since there is no details, I am guessing you are using a phone to see the device.
