if I do that, I get no error, the LED1 turns ON, and LED2 starts blinking, which in documentation means: "BLE link established, IPv6 interface down.", if I enter "hcitool con" I still see two connections, but at least something happened

Ok. What about:

echo "disconnect 00:50:49:71:3b:44 0" > /sys/kernel/debug/bluetooth/6lowpan_control

yes, I'm connected with the same command only 'connect' of course, and when I try the 'disconnect' I get the above message, and I check the connection and it's still there
