No official roadmap no. The SDK can be downloaded from here. And there is compatibility matrix here.

Are there any official "Roadmap" for the SDK and softdevices? For example, on the nRF51822 download page, S110 is available for download, but not SDKv10 where this device is supported. I have not been able to find official information which version you recommend.

Yes, the latest SDK that supports S110 is version 10. In general we recommend to use the latest SoftDevice with the latest SDK, but the easiest way is probably as Roger says, SDK10. The disadvantage is that you don't get the new features, bugfixes of the latest SoftDevices, the S110 is not being updated.

S130 is a superset of S110 and supports peripheral and central.

You may want to wait for an answer from Nordic, but IMHO the easiest way to update would be to move to SDK10 and stay on the S110 SD. You may have problems if you try to use the S130 as I think it requires more RAM.

You'd need to look at the release notes to see what other benefits there would be to migrating to SDK12.2 e.g. bug fixes, and whether they are important to your application
