I agree, that this question should be the best answered by Philips. We, Nordic don't have the insight on how the remote works and what you TV 43PUS6401/12 support, or whether there is an USB dongle that you can use for that TV. But I will leave the question here, just in case someone have any idea can help you.

I found a Philips remote which is described as using a Bluetooth connection - 22AV1507A. As my goal is similar - to use a qwerty remote, I added few questions/thoughts to this topic with regards to the functionality of Philips Remote Control 22AV1507A. I have tried to ask those questions to Philips support as well but without any answers so far. Those questions are more in the competence of Philips itself, probably, but maybe somebody could shed some ideas there as well?

Product Leaflet on the Philips site states that: "Bluetooth Remote Control requires available wireless channel. Performance may decrease when 2.4GHz network space is saturated." Bluetooth and 2.4Ghz are separate to as far as I understand. Does this remote operate through RF or via Bluetooth connection?
Product Leaflet states that: "Bluetooth RC requires to be paired to the TV for use. Consult the installation manual of the TV for instructions." 55HFL7011T Leaflet on the Philips site states Bluetooth RC 22AV1507A/12 as an optional Accessory (this TV is compatible). 55HFL7011T Manual, however, does not mention anything on connecting such RC to the TV. Manual describes the TV model as compatible with IR remotes only. If both Leaflets tell that RC is compatible and that it is necessary to consult manual - why is there no information on this in the Manual of the TV?
What are the general instructions for pairing BT remote with any compatible TV model, respectively - how to put the remote in discovery mode or which keys (key combination) must be pressed/hold? Is there a manual for the remote and/or some technical documentation available?
