Can you post the sleep question as a separate thread. You should be able to use pin 2 to wakeup on LOW.

I have solved it by reverting to the standard library that was happening due to a bug in RedBearLabs library(their support Sucks! big time) now its working with DC/DC converter ON and I'm happy.

Still I got one thing left now in my bucket to solve and its when to sleep the uC? I'm right now getting it to sleep WHEN THERE ARE NO ACI EVENTS I think I'm doing right, the uC sleeps but I'm not able to wake up despite the fact that RDYN is connceted to pin 2 and as I use ATmega328 its the lowest level hardware interrupt that should make the uC wake up but itis not happning ,I have the issue covered here >> http://forums.adafruit.com/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=52043

I tried your XML as is and by enabling the DC-DC converter in the hardware settings and both seem to work. I used a nRF2740 board with the Arduino adapter shield as in the nRF8001 development kit.

I would suggest that you send your schematic for review. In addition I also suggest that you do the lib_aci_set_local_data() on a SET pipe. I.e. add a SET pipe to the UART TX characteristic.

The error codes are explained in the Appendix of the nRF8001 datasheet/Product specification. Can you post your XML here or provide it to technical support, so we can verify that there is nothing wrong in the nRF8001 Setup. I'm using my custom circuitry wherein I have all the necessary components aboard like the 32khz crystal and needed inductors all like in the datasheet.

What board are you using ? The DC DC components have to be mounted on the board for you to enable the DC DC. I am certain the that the DC DC components are available on the nRF8001 development kit modules, nRF2740 and nRF2741, you would have to bridge the solder bridge SB1 to enable the DC DC.
