It's strange, it works for my application but not for bootloader. I checked makefiles and not significant differences found... Thank you for your help.

Hi Fabien,

you need to copy the .out file from the _build folder to the same folder that contains the Makefile. Ozone should then be able to locate all the source files based on the paths in the Makefile.

I tried Ozone and it cant find automatically find the sources because the makefile , but you can manually select the path to each source file individually.

I think you may need to post questions about OZone to a Segger forum
