I am using s132 v4.0.2 and currently connected to 4 centrals.Yes i tried looping conn handles and it is working fine now.

Which softdevice are you using? How many centrals are you actually connected to? can't you just loop through the active connections to notify all the connected centrals? I assume you keep track of conn handles.

Okay..then how we will be switching between conn_handle for one central to another ?

You will get a connectino handle for each connection. So if you loop through the connections you should be able to send the message to everyone. see sd_ble_gatts_hvx -> conn_handle
