It's your device has some software to do this Virtual COMport creating. We don't have that software, you need to find your solution on the internet or hire someone to make it for you.

Well sorry to tell you that regardless what you expect or think there is no "magic autoinstall out of the box" way how to have "serial" communication over BLE on Microsoft Windows machine. This is like third question on the same topic but even if you will ask 100 times the answer will be the same: you or someone else would need to write some SW which would make it (can be Windows application, maybe can be even Windows driver, but there is something missing and without that it won't work).

I am not skilled enough to say it is impossible, but that definitely is not straightforward. Maybe you could achieve your goal somehow different? You could elaborate more what actually You want to do.

I don't think there is standard gatt serial by ble service. There is nordic uart service, but it is not standard - don't expect it to appear on windows as a bluetooth serial device...
