Is it possible to have 170 characters long device name somehow to the nRF52832 so that standard Android phones are able to see it without any pairing or any other special actions?

You can set the BLE device name of 170 characters.
But you wont be able to get the complete device name without connecting to the device first because the advertisement packet can only contain user payload of upto 29bytes.&lt;/p&gt;
