Hi,

The cts_central.ncs file for nRFConnect was added in SDK 13. The .bin file that is found in the previously SDKs was for MasterControlPanel. The .ncs file can be found in SDK13 folder: nRF5_SDK_13\examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_cts_c, or you can download the .ncs file below.

This file seems to be used to add services for peripheral device, perhaps the ncs file was not included in the original example folder. I have another question: In the window version nRF Connect utility to simulate a peripheral device, can i create a user defined services or characteristics?

Do you get any error message when you try to load the cts_central.ncs file in nRF Connect?
