I recommend taking a look at the tutorial section here. For new projects, you should start with the template example in SDK_folder\examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_template.

Yes, it is now working. However, this guidelines should be available in your user guide or some documents.

Can you explain about overall program flow? I mean if we have ble_uart project so how different files in that project are linked together?

Is there any simple example which tells about creating a new project or simple program ?

You could also try to manually install the pack. You can download it from here. Download the ARM.CMSIS.4.5.0.pack 97.3 MB.

What version of ARM:CMSIS is installed? (click the + sign where ARM::CMSIS is)

Hi,

Open the Pack Installer, and check for updates. Make sure that ARM:CMSIS is up to date, and that ARM:CMSIS:4.5.0 is installed. Wait for the packs to download/install, it can take some time. Do the same for the DeviceFamilyPack afterwards. You can also download/install the DeviceFamilyPack manually from here, if you have problem finding it with the Pack Installer.
