Right... there might be some undocumented feature of SEGGER J-Link itself but it's definitely not exposed in Nordic tools or SEGGER DLL, or at least I cannot find it. Probably worth checking with SEGGER directly or through Nordic MyPage;)

Ah sadly yes... I know enough of the nRF5x DK to use the P20 power pins as a 'switch'. I really wondered if the SEGGER firmware has a software switch. Thanks for your answer.

Yes, you can interact with both targets but it is managed by Target Voltage detection on P19 and P20 of nRF5x DK. So before you do any action just check how do you have targets on P19 and P20 powered/wired. If you are dreaming about some "sw" switch in command line then sorry, this seems not possible in SEGGER J-Link OB firmware on nRF5 DK boards.
