Does connectivity board stands for nRF works as mobem, and application board stands for nRF works as an application host ?

Thanks!I have another question that the iPhone can't connect my device via bluetooth ,but Android and MCP work OK! I open the example from the following directory: nRF5_SDK_12.1.0_0d23e2a\examples\multiprotocol\ble_ant_app_hrm\pca10040\s332\arm5_no_packs Thank you very much! sillysg

Because it was added in SDK 13.0.0, see the release notes:

Added serialization of the ANT S212 SoftDevice v4.0.0 (experimental).

Thanks! In fact our products are using SDK12.1.0, but why is it not "connectivity" directory and how to amend the SDK12.1.0 to ANT connectivity.Thank you very much.

SDK 13.0.0 is compatible with S212 v4.0.0, not v2.0.1. It seems like Dynastream hasn't released v4.0.0 yet. It should be available here when it is.
