 The spec(nRF52832_PS_v1.3.pdf) said the peak current of TX/RX is 5.3/5.4 mA. 
 
 However, I use the PCA10040 board and the ble_app_template(SDK 12.2.0) sample code to measure the peak current, the current is about 7 mA. This is the current consupmtion for the radio only. The actual current consumption can be found by adding a base current of about 1.3 mA for the supporting functions. e.g. clock three, regulators etc.&lt;br /&gt;
