I would suggest you to do actual measurement with your board. Note that the chip on nRF52840 Preview Development Kit v0.9.x is only engineering chip. For the deep sleep mode, I would say it will be around half a micro amp in System OFF mode with no RAM retention.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
