thank you. I'm using 14.2 for most of my projects (because SDK 15.0 doesn't support s332). I'm only using sdk 15.0 for testing out a NRF52840 variant of one of our projects

Thank you for your feedback. The original issue was closed as fixed, not sure why it's not updated in the known issues list so I reopened the internal issue and added the updated information from you. Which SDK are you using now?

It's been over a year that this issue has been reported and it's consistently in the Known issues lists for SDKs. Will this ever be fixed? I'm not using srv_count anymore but the BLE_DB_DISCOVERY_AVAILABLE still never fires.

It looks like the best solution is to iterate through that (Service field) array to get total number of services and manually keep track of discoveries using the BLE_DB_DISCOVERY_COMPLETE event as you suggested. I'll add this as a suggested improvement internally.
