Yes, I will report it as a bug internally. For uploading the the project files, could you create a new support case from nordicsemi.com, and address the case to me? (the subject of the case can for example be "To Kristin")

Ok, so then the only conclusion is: Your website has a bug. I tried to upload in Chrome and Firefox, none of it worked. Uploading images via the "image" icon works though. Could you please address this problem to your IT department? Also, please send me your email address that I can send you my project files in this way.

So 9.6 MB should work fine.

Yes, the limit is 100 MB.

If you want to minimize the size of a project to upload, delete the the build files* before uploading a project. Build files: files generated during a build.
