By mistake, I erased the entire flash of this programmer. Thanks for the info, I tried to flash the firmware from the blog (Whisperer Board) into the ATSAM3U of the NRF52 board. and It boots. Unfortunatly, it boots as a Whisperer board and not as an OB-Jlink or Segger probe.
I still don't have the window opening when I plugg the board. so I can't upload regular firmware (from Nordic) to fix it.
I think I'll have to buy another NRF52DK. or a real JTAG probe.

Thanks for the help guys!

RE: On-Board programmer erased, How to reflash it? We have seen a few occurrences of this lately and we are trying to figure out what it is and how to solve it. We had one guy successfully fixing a similar issue by following the steps at this blog: https://wiki.newae.com/Manual_SAM3U_Firmware_Update

RE: On-Board programmer erased, How to reflash it?
When I plug the board on a windows, it's seen as a Bossa Com Port. On a linux, it's shown as a AT91_Sam-BA_Bootloader (the Lowlevel bootloader from Atmel for their chip).
I don't have the directory opening and the blinking led when I plugg the board with "IF BOOT/RESET" pushed unlike Gaute Gamnes's procedure.

I think I erased the code responsible of that... and i can't find it.

RE: On-Board programmer erased, How to reflash it? As I recall, segger.html file did not exist anymore. So following the Gaute's procedure, you need to drag and drop the segger.html file. From what I have understood, I think you are unable to program the device. I would recommend performing following procedure:

Check if the device is listed in Device Manager. If yes, does it have an exclamatory symbol?

When you plug your device into the system, does a directory open which includes SEGGER.html, MBED.html, USER GUIDE.html and README.txt. Also, if the directory does not open on its own, check if a new drive has appeared in your system.

Follow Gaute Gamnes's procedure mentioned here
