This should go almost instant. Have you tried doing some debugging (logging in code, packet sniffer, etc.) to see what is delaying the transfer? Is the transfer from phone to UART taking long time as well?

What do you mean by "but only after a few long minutes"? Does it take long time from you send data to you receive it?

thank you sir , the mistake i have made that , I have chosen the no line ending in my serial monitor window . now i can able to receive the data over to my phone , but only after a few long minutes . what modification will i need to do..??

Am using an arduino serial monitor window , i have set the baud rate to 115200 , no i have sent only a little characters...will i have to do any modification in the code in order to receive the data on my phone , whatever am sending from the serial monitor...??

It sounds like the communication is working then. Which serial monitor do you use? Have you checked the settings of the terminal against the UART settings in the example? Also, could you try writing a very long string to UART? I've seen some issues with some terminals not appending LF to the text, making it not being completely processed by the device.

The answer for all your questions is "yes", i can able to get the output on serial monitor window , whatever am sending from my phone , but the issue is , i cannot able to receive the data to my phone , whatever am sending from the serial monitor .

I will help you if you describe your issues in more details. Have you been able to compile and flash the application? Is you board indicating that it is advertising? Are you able to connect to the board with your phone? Do you get any output on the serial monitor when you turn on the board? Are you using a nRF52 DK (PCA10040)?

The Getting started tutorial? Did you make sure you followed the tutorial exactly in every step (use correct versions of all tools etc.)?
