Thanks for you help , I have noticed that the problem is because of the UUID of one of the characteristics I used. In fact, I used :

#define BLE_UUID_HID_INFORMATION_CHAR                            0x2A4A     /**< Hid Information characteristic UUID. */

So when I do read all char or enable services for that characteristic ,, problems occurs..I guess the Android app is considering it as HID service although it is not, it just a coincidence of UUIDs.

Also i this a custom board or the nRF51 DK? Are you using an external LF clock or the internal LFRC?

It is Glaxy S6. I have another information : I just tried to download the app on my other phone : HUAWEI and the problem doesn't persist... It is really confusing !!! Ok I updated my question with a picture of sniffer..When i did Read all characteristics the connection drops..and i says the master (which is the app ) that end the connection)

I believe it is your mobile phone that rejects the connection parameter update. I found this post, stackoverflow.com/.../android-bluetooth-low-energy-status-59. Seems like the same problem. So maybe you should try to change the requested connection interval. Can I ask what type of phone this is? Apple phones for example does not support less than a 30 ms connection interval.
