Our device was working for few days on cr2032 battery and suddenly a day ago it stoped working we tried with new battery but it did not work battery last used battery voltage is around 2.8 volts.Once I reprogram

RE: nrf51 stops after some days

@shirish47: Can do you debugging ?
What you described suggests that it could be an issue with the flash. That it may changes when your device running and your code had an issue with it.

Do you write /read anything from the flash ?

Can you print out log or something ? Could you check when does your code stuck ?

RE: nrf51 stops after some days

yes after flashing I disconnect programmer and then put the battery. also this happens with new battery too. I am going to do more test. with battery and another mode. it will not work until I reprogram and than it will stop after few mins or so .. while this same code worked for almost 5-6 days on one coin cell.

RE: nrf51 stops after some days

Did you remember to remove the power after programming? If not, your NRF will stay in a high power debug mode consuming much more current than usual. Is the battery measured under load? Some CR2032 have 2.8V without load despite being almost completely empty.
