Many Thanks, working until I'm sniffing adv packet.... but when I connect my device and connected status became true I got an UART read timeout..... :

Edit : Solved by using python script from Adafruit, works perfectly....

Hi, I believe this could be the same issue as described in my answer here: devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../

Since this is a PCA10031 it means it has a bootloader you can use to downgrade the firmware. You can try with the 160212 (feb. 2016) FW found here: www.nordicsemi.com/.../52275

Hold down the reset button while plugging in the dongle
It should show up as a USB storage drive called BOOTLOADER
Drag the .bin file over to the BOOTLOADER drive
Wait for the storage drive to disappear
Plug out/in the board to reset.
