There is no continuous modulated output test mode. If you want to test modulated output you basically have to send packets like normal.

If you disable the auto ACK mechanism it is possible to send packets back-to-back for up to 4ms, before the radio has to be put into standby mode and re-enabled to ensure that the carrier frequency doesn't drift too far. For minimal packet overhead it is possible to disable the CRC, and set the address to 2 or 3 bytes in length.
