Did you ever get a successful resolution to this? We are seeing similar, see issue below.

So fair we have ruled out the use of semi-hosting which seems to have caused issues on other boards.

Then I suggest that you also include the software in the Mypage case so that we can try to reproduce the behavior.

I dont think its because of the hardware actually, its working when i wake up the MCU (my guess is activate the DMA etc.) so everything is fine. I am sending the layout for checking. Schematic and software is based on examples.

Ok, if it only happens with some devices then this could sound like a hardware issue. If some the new devices also end up in a non-functional state then I suggest that you send us schematics and layout files through our Mypage support portal for review.

Unfortunatelly I cant debug. Maybe i can solder a wire but doing it with a QFN package its really hard. After couple of days, when I repower the devices, they weren't start to advertisement. But its happening only some devices. I exatly dont understand that part. Also, why its not happening with new devices. I am watching some new devices and trying to figure out when its happening.

And problem occurs with the power supply.

Do you have any way of logging the state of the beacons using UART or RTT? Do you see the same behavior after you reset the devices after the initial failure, i.e. that they stop advertising after a couple of days? I assume that the devices battery powered, do you see the same behaviour if you power them from an external power source?

Hi, no I am not using bootloader. It is interesting because the problem behave different from circuit to circuit. Somethings getting lock the MCU after a time. I will follow the circuits which I soldered today. If same thing will happen maybe it is relevent with the memory.

Are you using a bootloader?

May be similar to my issue here: devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../

I've yet to figure out why my application isn't loaded.
