 I could not set breakpoint in Eclipse. I set CFLAGS to -O0 and -g3 in Makefile 
 I am using GNU Tools ARM Embedded 6 2017-q1-update and Eclipse Neon3

&lt;p&gt;I can&amp;#39;t see anything obviously wrong with your settings. What version of the segger drivers are you using? You could try to update to the latest drivers(V6.14c).
