Hi,

I suspect iOS changes these parameters to make sure the usability is good. Not sure there is anything you can do to fix it. Apart from maybe higher slave latency.

What interval are you trying to get and what type of device are you working on?

I am having exactly the same issue by iOS13 and HID profile.
Any connection update parameters complying on iOS guideline will be once success, but will be reset immediately to
Connection interval: 15ms, Slave latency: 4, Supervision timeout: 1000ms.
(On OSX, the same connection update parameters can successfully set)

Any work around found for iOS?

Unfortunately I don't know the maximum interval for HID devices on iOS, and I cannot find it in documentation. So I'm afraid you will have to find out by trial and error
