 I&amp;#39;m not sure How I can Fix it.. so I&amp;#39;d like to use external Debugger(?? I don&amp;#39;t know how it called) Instead with PCA10028.. (for flash new application)

You need only four pins for programming nRF series: SWIO, SWCLK, GND and VTref. And you should power your device for example by USB (it must be on). Connect VTref to the power of nRF which is accessible on several points of the board.
