Hi,

The development tools from Nordic (nRFgo Studio, nRF Connect for Desktop, nrfjprog, Master Control Panel, etc.) only support SEGGER J-Link debuggers. The MK20 USB board that is included in the RedBearLab BLE nano kit only support DAPLink/CMSIS-DAP. If you want to use our tools, you need to get a SEGGER J-Link debugger, or one of our development kits (nRF51/52 DK, nRF51 Dongle), which include a SEGGER J-Link OB debugger.

You should be able to debug in keil using that "programmer". You can get some more info here. When debugging, you should get info why your device does not work.

and when i use ble sniffer, that too can't find it.. in the device manager-under ports(COM and LPT)-it shows MBED serial port (com15)

yes i have tried with drag and drop and it works. but when i try to see the packets and all on the NRF Connect-PC it shows nrf-error-internal

If it shows as a mass storage, you just drag and drop the hex you want to flash... not need to use nrfgo studio. You should ask the seller about details, as that board is not really a nordic product.

Erm, yes, that is the programmer. On nRF5x-DK there is segger chip on-board, so when you connect it to PC by usb, it is automatically seen as PC as a programmer. So, if you just connect USB dongle you got with nrf51822 ble nano, you dont have it there (there is some mbed programmer probably, lipe daplink or something like that?)

i have a BLE NANO chip. do i still need a Segger programmer? no other option?

Did you connect segger programmer to pc?
