The simple way is to check all the err_code to know where the board reset.

Then you probably need to do full diff between all files you use in the project with SDK v13.0.0-1.alpha and v13.0.0. You can also approach it from MAP file (and other compilation/linking products) and see which module/function changed.

my code can work with nRF5_SDK_13.0.0-1.alpha_055eef3, but can't work with nRF5_SDK_13.0.0_04a0bfd. very strange.

i have tested my code in nRF52840 PDK with Project ble_app_uart,experimental_ble_app_blinky. It works, and a new Service is added. But it can't work with ble_app_template.

Have you completed all the sections marked /* YOUR_JOB: .. */ in the template source code? Only then you can expect application to work.
