Could you take a screenshot that show " it sucessfully recognizes the nrf51822 ble nano" ? Which firmware did you flash on the rbl ble dongle ? I'm not 100% sure the sniffer works with the rbl dongle .

Also make sure you use Wireshark v1.10 .

No it doesn't work..i have rbl ble dongle..i don't have segger hardware. I am trying simply with drag n drop method.. when i open the ble sniffer it gets connected to sniffer on com 15 but doesn't show anything in available devices.

@Sofi: have you managed to solve the problem ? Have you tried to use Segger Jlink v5.10n ? Which hardware board did you use ?

i used nrf51822. and i didn't use segger i simply used drag and drop method

Which hardware board you used for the sniffer ? Which Segger Jlink driver you installed on it ? You may need SeggerJlink v5.10n here.
